I visited Bikanerwala last week as one of my friends suggested it.The restaurant is located at prime place but the service and food quality is very poor.When I entered the restaurant, there was smoke everywhere it looked like thier exhaust system is not working properly.Second, I had to ask the waiter to clean the table as it was kept as it is after last customer.After this, ordering food was even more dissapointing as the staff was very busy in serving other customers, I waited for 20 minutes before my order was entertained.The Sandwiches were made from very hard breads like the breads were 3-5 days old.The Spring Dhosa was also full of Oil and without coconut chutney.Even after such poor service, restaurant is charging service charge at 6% to total amount.I would never visit this restaurant again and would never recommend it as well.Rather one should visit nearby subway or McD.
