There is a on-line bike accessory seller Mr. Saurabh Gupta from Jaipur running his business through https://bikegear.in . He is very un-reliable fellow. He sells defective stuff imported from China. You won’t realise that it is defective till you buy it and it reaches your place. Once you open you will notice the defects and when you tell him about the defect, he will tell you that yes all the items right know have the same defect and then he will tell you to send the defective item back and will promise to send you the replacement from the new stock once it arrives. You will again have to bear the shipping/ courier charges, the charges will not be refunded by him and if you ask him about the charges, he will very shamefully reply that the courier charges are a very small amount. He will not admit that he sent you the defective item in the first place. This ’ chalta hai’ attitude should not be taken lightly and we as bikers should be aware of such rouges doing business and trying to cheat us.
