I ordered this helmet(Icon Ganesh Airmada) on the 24th of Sep 2014 through this site. The best part is that the helmet was not available on the site but I just made a request if they could get it for me and trust me this is one of the best managements I have seen.
This guy named Asish got his links across and got it for me. It took some time(2 Weeks) but then the helmet is awesome and the wait was worth it.
The management is good as I got a resolution to my queries asap and they were pretty patient as I used to bug them everyday for my delivery but yes they did deliver as per the committed time frame. The packaging was awesome and very well delivered.
The surprising part was the after sales as I did receive a call as well to confirm if everything was as per my expectations and thats all that mattered. Definitely buying from here again.!
