Forget your money in case of failed transaction

I was trying to pay my BSNL landline bill through bangaloretelcom.com. The transactions are carried out through billdesk.com. The transaction was successful but after the authorization my browser crashed and the successful transaction id could not be generated.


I waited for a day to check if my transaction was successful but it was not. So I started another transaction assuming that the money for my failed transaction would be refunded to me in 4 working days as they claim. After 4 working days, I tried to call billdesk to clarify this issue since the money was not refunded to me.


The Bangalore billdesk phone number is never attended. Hence I called up the Chennai billdesk number and notified the billdesk agent about my issue.


He said that the failed transaction is registered in billdesk and is under process of refund and suggested me to wait for 1 more day for my refund. I waited for 2 more days and called them again. This time, some other person said that the money has already reached BSNL and suggested me to send a mail to support@billdesk.com for my issue.


I mailed them. It has been more than a month that I am following up with the issue but to no use. I am pasting my conversations with billdesk below.

I waited for 1 day to see if the transaction was successful at BSNL side.After noticing that the bill was not paid, I made another transaction of the same amount on 3rd of December. The transaction reference number for the same is MHDF0125661655. My money for the first failed transaction has not been refunded yet. When I called billdesk support, your executive informed me that both the transactions were successful.


He suggested me to send this mail to you for process of refund or adjustment in the next billing cycle. Since I have made a double payment for my bill to BSNL through billdesk, I request you to process the refund of money for the failed transaction.
