I paid my bill for aircel on 5/8/13 with billdesk reference number:MSPD3066713423. Amount was deducted on the same day when I requested but till now I have not received any positive reply from them. I do not have any ideally where is money gone as AIrcel Declines for the same.
But Hdfc Bank not replying on emails and Billdesk just quoting the same word that transaction was successful and we are coordinating with the biller.
Really can anyone suggest should I go further with a legal action or what?
