WORST SERVICE

I used this payment gateway portal many time and I found service of billdesk is not satisfactory.  Recently I pay fee of UPSEE 2017 entrance  application form but my payment goes to failed. Now many days passed and my money did not refunded . I make payment was 18 feb 2017 3:13 PM. I am waiting for money for till now.


Similarly 6 months ago, my payment failed but my money refunded with in 7 days.


So customer service and support is irresponsible. Support is not customer friendly.


Billdesk provided good payment service. Everyone make payment easily because billdesk provided multiple option for payment. User interface is user friendly. Design and layout is good and nice.


Website load time is nice and easily load in every device.


But billdesk did not resolved failed payment shortly. Refund money too late. This big disadvantage of this payment gateway. My many payment failed and always I received money too late. So I do not recommended.
