From past 5-7 years I am using billdesk. now its getting more difficult to communicate with bill desk. most of the times its site is not working for login. No one is there to entertain your problem. Many times amount deducted is not credited to other’s account on time. Not getting revert for my mails on time too. No customer care contact number. How one can trust such site to give authourity to access bank accounts!
