Billa is an all time favourite of mine as I have been eating here since childhood. Its been around for ages and throughout all these years. The place was jam packed in spite of having separate provisions for take away. We waited for about 15 mins and then we got seats. Without any thought, ordered chole bhature.
For almost 10 mins post order, the table was never cleaned. Cleaners were more busy than the waiters:p. The chole bhature came with a mixture of onion-chutney-pickle mixture. Unlike other famous bhature outlets, bhature here is inflated and not flat like thick roti.
The poori-chole is just delicious but is incomplete without their special chutney served with lacha onions. It will take you to heaven. Finish you meal with the sweet lassi which is again amazing.
