While there are possibly good things about this dealer, I am so frustrated right now that I can’t write about the good ones. I have had an issue with the time I got my car delivery an yr back. The car was handed over in such a condition that when I showed it back to the GM of the centre, he was himself shocked that they delivered a car like that. It was dirty in many places, the biding was coming off and few other problems I do not remember now.
Thereafter , with every service I have had some or the other problem. Either they did not do the job or they did not show up to pick the car . Also the guy who delivered the car gave information about the car for the heck of answering my questions - he had no clue about some of the details.
So well, go for it but watch out ! I could never get a thing done without calling and involving the manager .
