I recently had a bad experience with Bimal agency as I gave some amount to book a swift few days back and wanted to cancel it for some reason. It was not booked by that time and money was kept in their account.
Later they told me that we can’t refund the amount directly and we have to book the vehicle to give you the refund(though I already requested for cancelation), so I had gone for what they told me to get my money and eventually I get less than amount they promised(as per the website).
Please be aware of all the tactics before buying your car from this dealer.
