I never seen such a shameless, unprofessional, unethical, fruad employees ever like BIMAL maruti suzuki mahadevapura in my life.
1st Sales guy(Sunil Christopher), 2nd Corporate manager(Manjunath), 3rd customer service manager(Gouthami), 4th Delivery incharge(Manju naik), these guys are such a fraud guys, all false information sharing to customer.
1) while delivering car they told under chassis coating done, I gave my car for 1st service, service engineer said no under chassis coating.
2) All accessories while booking car they say extra price than actual mauri site, and give discount just like MRP.
3) what ever these guys say all false only. such shameless guys all.
Be careful with BIMAL better avoid.
