Yesterday I had taken my new ALTO Lxi from Bimal Showroom in Bangalore. I had taken it from their new showroom in Old Airport Road. I was in touch with Mr. Rajesh for my needs After interacting with the executive and seeing, rather experiencing the services I received thought to write down my comments. First let me put down the good things
I started with the plan to buy the new car in Apr -09. In my first meeting with the exec I had told him that I will be booking only in May-09. The best thing I liked was unlike other marketing guys he didn’t call me and pester me checking my interest. He contacted me only in May to take this further.
When my plan was to buy ALTO, he explained with the advantages and the draw backs of the car and also explained mw how it suits my requirement and also how I can make by buy economical
He provided with a list of the essential accessories and helped me to choose the best one fitting my need and budget.
I had visited their show room four times altogether for bookings and other payments. Each time I didn’t had to wait more than 5 min expect the last visit. He was prompt in getting the receipts and also helped me in making the documentation process faster.
On the day of delivery he took time and explained me each and every part of the car with the manual and also the explained various functionality’s fitted in the car. 6. I had requested for a driver from bimal to drop the car to my house. He was prompt, on time and was not driving rash. I was following the car so I could see the car being driven
The biggest surprise is that when I had given the money to the driver for his service he didn’t even check how much it is and dint argue even a rupee extra.
Negative points:
I got the call from the delivery executive on Sat saying my car is ready with reg completed. But on Monday I was told they are yet to get the Reg number & tax paid challan. How this mis communication happened?. I would have been in trouble had I planned for the delivery on Sunday.
The cleaning and the final fittings were done only after I cam and so I had to wait for some time to get the gate pass and take the car out.
Note:
- I had taken the car in full cash. I havent experince the services reg Loans and other stuff.
