I wanted to buy either a Estillo VXI or A Star VXI and called one Mr. Vijay, the sales person of Bimal. He said he will call back and nothing happened that day. On 17/08/10 I called him again and gave my Email ID so that he can mail the quotation but nothing happened till evening. Again I called when he said" Thanks" because I was calling for the third time and agreed to send the mail. Nothing happened till 7 pm.
Now I doubt if I should approach at all for fear of the personnel there!
I told him that I am working in Bank and I think that is perhaps why he is reluctant since I may not be interested in taking a loan through them. Or is it that these people do not want to sell the car and do not want customers . Or perhaps their bosses are not knowing this is happening and they are losing customers to other dealers.

This noting is dated 18/08/2010, that is after the review appeared in Mouthshut. This forum really lives upto its name.
Today the dealer, s representative called me and informed that they could not respond as their server was out of order. Quite natural! He also sent me a quotation and met me personally and explained all the details. That is really good. I really thank this web site officials for arranging this forum where genuine consumers can express their real views so that the society is better informed and the problems are settled.
