Bought a M800AC from Bimal three months back. I had initially visited Sagar Automobiles for my purchase, but a fresher-looking guy came to assist me in selecting, and he was called for assisting other customers every 5mins, interrupting the discussion we were having, so I felt insulted and came out of the place. Then a couple of my colleagues recommended Bimal, and I went there, I was impressed with the showroom and the attitude of people there.
interaction with the salesperson was good, The vehicle was delivered before the promised date. They seem to do things professionally. They arranged finance thru Citibank. I feel they need to improve a bit on the finance side, I would have liked to meet the finance guy there itself and discuss options, but he was not there when I went, he later called me and explained everything over the phone.
The transaction was smooth, only complaint I had was that they messed up my address in some forms, but they corrected it when I pointed it out twice. But in total, I would go there again if I plan to buy a maruti vehicle in future.
Went there again for the first service. again, no hiccups. everything was smooth. But I agree that three months is a short duration to really conclude anything.
cant say the same thing about the accessories shop they have there, customer service far from good, the prices are also much higher that the market rates.
So I would say, if you are planning to buy a maruti in Bangalore, pay a visit to Bimal before you finalize your deal.
