I am a novice person when it comes to cars. I always felt that taking a used car wouldn’t be a good idea for me. But just wanted to give a try with Maruti True Value. So Visited Bimal’s True Value showroom in Outer Ring road (Road which connects Marathahalli and KR Pura) was assisted by Vinod.
He showed me all the cars which I wanted to see without any hesitation. Finally I somehow was attracted to an 800 AC which has just run for 23899 kms and I felt the price was also nominal. We went for a test drive and I booked it on the same day .
The Vehicle was delivered as promised. I felt great about the car.
After couple of weeks I thought taking the car on highways where I can test it high speed performance. Everything was great except two major Aspects - wheel alignment was not perfect. (Car was pulling towards the left when I leave the steering wheel) and the Steering starts Vibrating when I reach 80 kms/ hr. I was kind of disappointed with these. The immediate next day I went to the showroom. The car was taken to the service centre immediately. They exchanged the tires (rear to front and front to rear)
One problem was solved but not the other (steering was still vibrating). The engineer said they will fix it up in the first service so I am hoping for that. Will update you all regarding the first service
