I have bought car from Bimal and have been servicing with them for over 3 years now. For the first 3 service (free) I was very happy and they took the feedback and call me everytime after the service but whent he paid service started there don’t take feedback or even if they take the feedback and give bad rating they never bother to call you and ask what the probelm is.
This tiem after the service my vehicle started behavign bad ie, there was a sudden jerk evertime time I accelerate when It ake there again they said they water is stuck somewhere in the inbetween they clean it and gave.
This probably they should have checked even before.Other than that when you do the serving theysay if you change oil now you don’t needt o chage next time however they keep doing it everytime. They have done it twice continuosly for me. I do servicing every 5K KM.let me know whether they do it next time when I doThe above thing was just one of my experience with Bimal. I don’t feel comfortable with them anymore.
