Please dont ever visit this restaurant. I have been many times there except their late service everything seems to be fine. But today I got a real shock. I ordered for 2 Sweet Lassi’s and 1 Fresh Lime Soda(Sweet-Salt). But they placed Sweet-Salt Lassi and tasteless Fresh Lime soda. I asked them to correct the order, but they got Lassi with more salt and Fresh Lime soda with no salt. Still I ignored. Then I ordered for 2/3 soup. But they served 3 bowls with 1/4th quantity soup. I still ignored. While serving main course, they served some uncleaned plates, which we ask them to replace. But the major happened when they served Lemon and Onion.
One of the waiter immediately picked up the plate from the used utensil’s trolley, cleaned it by paper napkin and immediately got the lemon and Onion. He also did the same for other customer. When I saw this I immediately informed the manager, but he just said and said they have less and untrained staff. But they didnt had any courtesy for Apology or to forget the issue. After lot of debate I could get the number of their Operations Manager- Amey Thorat. But he too didnt felt sorry and said that he will give 10% discount. Already with all this debate it was 12 :00 am midnight. Instead of giving a goodwill to attract customer or apology to customer, he simply sticked to the point that since you have ordered the food, you need to pay the bill as its not a restaurants food fault but a waiter’s fault and due to which we cannot be so much sorry.
Its very hurting to listen such statements from ABC farms Operations Manager. Also he challenged I will see how we will let you leave until you dont settle the bill. They have no value to customer and also they serve dishes and left over food of others. Whereas the charges and show off is of a top most brand. Please dont ever entertain such low grade restaurants. Its my sincere advice.
