Not working properly after 2 weeks of use

I purchased this watch in november and within 2 weeks it stopped to work and battery is also drain very fast. I am trying to contact Bingo support but no one picks up the phone. I sent an complaint to seller and they promised to call me back in next 8 hours, on 3 days. I am yet to get a call. I have no way to get any support or even a paid battery replacement. Not worth the money I spent. I am not satisfied with this item.
