Always I experienced very bad from this cable operator . At first I have been start using their cable tv connection, then I start using cable internet connection . Their full service are bad . They only want own profit .
Many time I faced signal problem in both cable& internet connection. So that, I can’t use my internet connection or watch tv at every time when I wish . Sometime around a whole day I can’t get signal . It show No Signal contact with your cable operator . If I launch a complaint, their service boy came at very late to solve the issue . After launching complaints at morning sometime they came at evening& said they can’t provide services during night, so I have to wait next day . Now imagine I complaint at morning but my issue solved after more than 24 hours . Just disgusting . Sometimes, they provided wrong information about the issue .
Sometime they said service boys are not available at that time . I have to wait more& more time .
They are very lazy, take too much time to solve problems . Behavior of the staffs is too bad . They don’t know how to behave with a valuable customer.
Another most bad things is they use lower quality products during installation of a service . They also charge high during installation . For my internet connection installation they changed 1500/- .
Previously I said that they only know about their profit, they don’t provide all package which is available in Kolkata mean my location . They only provide that package from which they can earn more .
So, their service fully worst . My experience is below average . This service waste of money . I don’t recommend this operator to anyone .
