It's A Place Next To Heaven

I welcome everyone who are reading this. Talking about Binsar reminds me of the beautiful road about 36 kms from Almora, the conifers, pine and rhododendron surrounding the hills making the entire journey soothing and wonderful. You must start at 4 AM in the morning to have a glimpse of the sunrise at BINSAR. The road ends with a turn and the entry point for BINSAR starts. The more you enter and dwindle on the road for an uphill journey through the dense woods of pine, cedar, oak and rhododendron,   the snow clad peaks peeping out at times during turn to mesmerise you. By the time you are up, you have reached the BINSAR KMVN Rest House. The caretaker hands you a glass of hot tea. By the time you sip, the blue black sky unfurls from a handshaking distance the dreams you have cherished- NANDADEVI, TRISHUL, PANCHACHULI, NANDAKOT and a host of others- the rising sun falling on the crest of these peaks making them look like a silver crown amidst a lush green base!! I AM SURE YOU WILL BE WONDERING WHETHER IT IS HEAVEN OR ANYTHING ELSE. THE SERENITY IS REALLY WONDERFUL
