I brought a few items from Biotique website including their Banana shampoo. And They shipped an UNSEALED completely open Banana shampoo. So, I tried their customer care number displayed on the website and it did not work. Tried the customer care number at least 20 times for 3-4 days, the customer care number was non-functional. Then I raised complaint through email and after waiting for at least 3 days I got the answer "The banana shampoo comes unsealed and it won’t be returned or replaced". I MEAN WHAT THE HELL? WHICH PRODUCT COMES UNSEALED EVER? What a sick non-existent, unhelpful customer service! Firstly the customer care number never worked and then when I did finally reach them through email. I GOT THIS UNHELPUL RESPONSE.HOW SICK. THEY NEVER RETURNED OR REPLACED MY UNSEALED BANANA shampoo.Cheating, bloody Jerks.
