As an employee of Birla cement I have to say that this Birla company established in 60’s is the most oldest in cement industries by late Mr MP Birla. As from my childhood we heard that there are only two popular company named, TATA AND BIRLA. As an employee I want to share my views on this company that it’s a mission based organization.
Funda for its great success in the challenging market is only it’s cement quality. Set strict norms and standards. It sold in mainly in 4 grades 43, 53, PPC, and SRC. Factory’s growth is in mainly depends on its Safety norms, as winning no casualty awards from last 5yrs. It’s a dust free plant that is very essential for its employees. It helps in greater productivity and stronger teams.
Help every individual realize his potential. Build a superb infrastructure. There are two well maintained colony for workers. Encourage long term and sustainable learning through innovation, experiment and initiatives. Management is undoubtedly supportive. Salary is not too good is its drawback. Job security is 100%. Career growth is good n work environment is I must nowhere else what I feel here.
