Placements: BIT mesra is well known for good placements.Many companies like Infosys, IBM, Qualcomm etc.A person with CGPA above 6 would easily get placed at this college ( 100% placements) . Ps: if you pass all the subjects.The average package for 2016 batch went around 7 lakhs and the highest package was 24lakhs.Faculty: There were more than 100 of faculty members.Each one of them are expectionally good with the subjects . Faculty members are strict and concerned about their subjects. They were very helpful with doubts and new ideas. But they lack in research and hence the industrial sector is pretty bad. Overall the faculty is pretty good for a good college.Infrastructure: Infrastructure is a massive ( big) . The classroom were well maintained and they were air-conditioned ( recently they did some renovations to all the classes) .We have library, Dispensary and a big sports complex .The whole college has Lan facility which is given to every room.The mess food is average but the quality is good.All the classrooms have projectors and has a separate building for research.Others: There are many facilities provided to the students.Sports club, IRCTC booking center , Banks ( they give loan to students) , ATMs of various banks, hospital, music room etc.There were also many student organizations like Dance club, ACM, IETE etc ( Both cultural and academic clubs) .
