They Promise you he World & disappear when Needed

I have subscribed to BSLHI in collaboration with American Express Card, who sold me the product as a premium product with loads of facilities and with a Premium annually of INR 45K . I recently had my lifes first Hospitalisation on 15th May 2020 due to Cardiac Attack and the initial Claims were settled by my Corporate Meidclaim FHPL, The balance amount I tried through my personal Medicalim of BSLHI . The process was so cumbersome I never dreamt of, however I submitted the documents both online soft copy and Hard copies were courierd through Bluedart spending an additonal INR 1K as I had to send multiple couriers . then came the process of follow up for almost 4 to 5 months and the irritating templatised response from their customer support with zero coordination, AMEX made a separate email id for and accelerated support but that had no acceleration though I pay a good amount on my Cards annual Member ship Fee . Keeping Amex aside BSLHI after n number of communication almost on a daily basis for the last 2 months . Then comes the final rejection email stating it is a pre existing Diseases . I was surprised with the flow of rejection as I was actually expecting the same response as I know whenever it is a personal Mediclaim and it is in the reimbursement the maximum insurance company does the same to most of their customer as and they come back with the technical terms of rejection and it was so predictable that it happened as thought .


My humble submission to the companies we work really hard to ear the money we pay for your premium and when we need the most of your support and you just ditch us with such technical comments of rejection please ask your self once about the Corporate ethics you should have and what is the difference between the person in the bus who cuts pocket of a person and you . Thanks
