The agent collected the premium promising that everything is fine, but ewhen the policy document came, they marked up risk premium so high that it was not worth it. The agent went missing for a long time. Then I received a small portion of the premiums back. Apparently, the "agent" forged my signature and put in an application for cancellation. The agent was an ex employee of Karvy and known well to me prior to that . .he did not disclose the fact, nor did Karvy that he no longer represents them. Birla sunlife, typicalof all Insurance companies, washed their hands off. No due diligence of agents. Can share the agents name and contact if and when required
