Worst customer care service

I have been investing in MFs from last 6-8 years, Birla Sunlife I strated investing from last year . I can say they the worst customer care service to resolve a simple issue they need atleast 16 days time period . I don’t know what they will do in 16 days .


My issue was, I cancelled one of the sip, but then also amount was deducted from my account and when I called customer care after waiting 2 days there was no transanction displayed for cancelled sip .money was never either credited back to my account nor they have the clue whether they will allot the units on them or not.


Each time I call to a customer care, each one will have differenet versions to tell. finally they registered my complaint and asked me to wait for 16 days for their response.really pathetic service . I have already cancelled all my sips and will soon liquidate my all mfs from this MF AMC.


Better go with ICICI direct, Kotak or Axis who provide better service then this .
