Ever since they moved to the Aditya Birla Capital site, the user experience is pathetic and the site is buggy as well.
Do NOT use the online site for investing - I had a bad experience where the money got transferred to the wrong folio.
Customer service is pathetic - you don’t get response to complaints at all. After having been a regular investor in BSL mutual funds for last 10 or so years, I have stopped now, looking at experience on their current site.
