Dear Madam/Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am travelling from Bisra Munda airport Ranchi to Delhi on a Go air flight. I am actually travelling with my family which includes 3months old daughter, 5 year old son and my wife. We were not given any priority when we qued at the airport. Only the check in gate of the Go air gave us priority. On top of that during the security check one man misbehaved with us even after seeing that there is a baby with us. The worst part is that the security personnel didn’t utter a single word. We were very scared and didn’t expect such a situation at the airport. We expected cooperation from the airport staff who never showed up.
