I went to this restaurant yesterday for having lunch. I was very hungry and this was the nearest restaurant from my home that’s why I chose this restaurant. But with the kind of service which they provided and the quality of food which they delivered just frustrated me and I was pissed off literally.
I ordered a Chicken Biryani and an ice cream along with it. The chicken in the biryani was not cooked well and it was raw. Also, the content of salt in the food was very high. Due to the excessive amount of salt, the whole biryani was very bad in taste and I left that food without finishing it.
The ambience of the restaurant was not good as the floors were very dirty and the chairs were not comfortable too for eating. The tablecloths were very dusty and it seemed they were not washed for many days.
They took approximately 45 minutes for serving my order and that’s certainly a very long period of time to fulfill any order. They are not punctual of time at all. When I complain about the quality of food to the manager, then he tried to defend himself and started arguing with me in a very rude manner.
This restaurant just cheated me. I felt like I wasted my whole money by going to this restaurant so I got no value for my money.
I would highly recommend everyone to not to go to this restaurant ever.
