I bought Bitdefender total security for three years when I was in Mumbai, India. Since then I am using it somehow as its not very user friendly. Few months back I moved from India to South Korea for my job. one day I formatted my laptop in order to upgrade my OS. Since then I am trying to register it but unable to register. So I contacted to their support team, they emailed me

Then I contacted to their Indian partner, "Venktron Digital Systems Pvt Ltd."
even I called them for all the way to Korea and they have asked some information via email, I emailed them immediately.
Till now I am waiting for their response. Again I emailed to Bitsupport head office and again I got same response plz contact them(Indian Partner). So I am just in between but no one is ready to give service after selling their product. I
