Bitdefender.in and Bitdefender.com both are different websites of Bitdefender brand. If we will buy from bitdefender.in site then it will consider for Indian region only and .com is for worldwide. Considering means the Product key will considered in that region only and it will not transferred also. If we will buy from .in site then support, refund etc all will be done from .in site only and if .com site then anywhere it will be considered. I bought it from .in due to offer was running as per indian festivals. I bought at 200 /- actual price in 1000 /-. At the time of buying I asked then What is your refund policy. They said we don’t have refund policy however if any genuine reason is there then we may consider it. Based on these words I bought it. Post buying two times application automatically crashed while protecting from virus while browsing the internet. Then I dropped the mail for technical support but 4 days approx over but no one connected with me then personally called them then one lady on the call said that I am forwarding your details team will get back to you but 2days over and no one called me then I dropped the mail to Admin team who will be looking into the refund but till now no one has connected till now. They are just ignoring me till now.
