I am a newcomer to Bollywood films and so I will watch just about anything because I don’t have a clue. I generally look at who is in the cast and if I see big names like Salmon Khan, Karisma Kapoor, etc, I tend to buy the dvd unknowlingly.
This move was downright boring and sexist to boot. It is essentially about a womanising husband, Salman Khan, who gets thrown out by his loving wife and mother of their two adorable children, but in the end she takes him back in, despite the fact that he is no better than the family dog who I rate as a better human being than him.
Anil Kapoor, Tabu, Sushmita, all essentially wasted in this film. A very unsatifiying ending, and if it was supposed to be a comedy, I did not find it very funny at all. I really hope that Indian women did not fall for this bull movie.
All I can say now is I better learn to read reviews of these older flicks before I invest my bucks on buying the dvds. Salman Khan is just sleazy in this film, the Karisma vs Sushmita rivalry was also a bore.
The best character by far was the dog. The song with the stuffed toys dancing around was downright creepy.
