I have been hosting my site https://vijaypadiyar.in with BizzHost.com for the past three years. It is great for me and gives me everything I need at a very cheap price.
I use the following features:

MySQL
Cron jobs
Customizable MX entry
Image hotlinking protection
Password protection for directories
FTP access
Customizable error pages(403, 404, 500, etc.)
When I initially signed up, they actually set up my account within an hour of me mailing them, even before I made the payment! That was great on their part.
Their other features are:
Reliable hosting(though I’m not sure about 99.9% uptime, but it’s certainly around 98%)
Fast servers(Dual Quad Xeon based)
Plans are cheap, perhaps cheapest in the segment
All necessary features are given, as mentioned above
-Hosting space and bandwidth are more than adequate(Starter Plan gives1 GB space and 10 GB/month bandwidth for Rs. 350 per year)
-Technical support is excellent! I’ve mailed them a couple of times with issues, and each time they’ve promptly resolved the same.
- Various ways to make payment(cash, cheque, credit card, online through NEFT)
All in all, I’d go with 4 stars for them.
