I am a frequent traveler and there have been a few ups and downs in the tour management many times due to various circumstances. But these people are arrogant! They have ego problem! And the guide takes his own decisions and doesn’t consult the managers! They change the itinerary according to their own convenience. THEY CHEAT AND THEY MAKE FALSE PROMISES! I went on a five day tour to Malaysia with this agency and they removed the TWIN TOWERS from the itinerary and they ain’t even apologising for this! I think I pretty much summed that up!
