I booked a ride, the driver ghosted me last minute, and there was no way to leave feedback or reach anyone for help. This is my summed-up review of BlaBlaCar, which gave me nothing but "Bla-Bla" in return. The refund never came through, and I’’m stuck chasing support that’’s nowhere to be found. Another time, the driver showed up late, then bailed, saying the trip never existed, and what do I get? Still no response from support. It sounds cool in an advertisement jingle, but when things go south, it is we "the users" who are at a loss, leaving us totally on our own.
