Ok, so how do I judge this film? It’s made by the chairman of my College, Mr Subhash Ghai... I can’t be judgemental about it... So I will just tell you what my experience of watching this film was...
We had a preview screening for this film at Adlabs for all the Whistling Woods Students, So excieted and curious, I went to see the film...
Well, to begin with, the film has a Shocking Begining... the use of sound in the first scene is really unforgettable, but watching this film in a lesser cinema hall might hamper the effect... being a film on terrorism, this film has many such shocking moments about which I am not going to tell you coz I want you all to experience it yourself.
As far as the story is concerned, it’s a new take on terrorism and lead characters are quiet well written. The Performances by Anurag, Anil Kapoor are very good... Shefali Shah is Just amazing... she is one actress who always gives memorable performances... the new girl is nice but this is not her story, she has a supporting role which she has played well.
The cinematography is quiet impressive, the use of hand-held camera work is quiet good... it tells you about the turmoil that the characters are going through... the sound has been used to create thrills and to shock the audience at times... the editing is crisp (i know it doesn’t makes much sense but I can’t discuss it without revealing the story details which I want you to find out yourself)
In the end, I just want to say that this is not a film you would want to miss... watch it to get thrilled, to see some brilliant performances, to get shocked at times, and above all, watch it for the the Brilliant Direction of the film...
