This is not a top-of-the-line machine, but for the price at which it sells, it is giving you 8 cups, heating plate, and auto drip cut-off. This would have been a super product if only it had a steam pipe for frothing.
Overall Pros:
1) The build quality makes it stand out from the pack. I’ve used 2 other brands(Prestige and Panasonic) and this easily has the best build quality, despite all three being basically plastic boxes. Everything feels solid and well put together.
2) The glass jar is well designed. The handle is very comfortable and it’s easy to open the top cover while pouring your beverage.
3) Good performance, will make 6-7 cups of tea in under 10 mins. Will make 2-3 cups in under 5 mins.
Cons:
Filter gets progressively stained with use. Hopefully, I can buy a replacement in a year’s time.
