I tried to make tandoori roti in this Gas Oven Tandoor and my roties were very hard and dry(like a rock). Please guide me as to what went wrong. Also, I would like to know whether we have to pour water in the lower deck(at all times, for all dishes) while preheating and cooking?
Correct me if I am wrong.We have to preheat the GOT in high heat for 5 minutes and later lower the heat and place the food items for cooking.
