It has been almost a month now that I have calling the Black and Decker, Bangalore, customer service center at 180042520202.
The customer service center hardly answers your call. If I try for 10 times, may be once they will answer.
My steam iron is in Warranty, but no technician has been able to visit me. I have been requesting the customer service to share the details of the authorized service center, so that I can myself take the product to the center. But they do not do so.
Have used Black and Decker products for many years only because they have had an excellent customer service.
But now, in India, since Stanley Black & Decker has taken up, things have changed. Strongly recommend to’NOT’ buy Black and Decker products any more in India. The customer service is awful, even for In Warranty products.
