Today I visited Black magic and experienced the poorest of the services I ever face across Chandigarh . Even dhaba’s have better services then black magic. We went their for our project party. The so called smoking room was the only place where we could sit and watch IPL.
There was an offer going with in black magic Buy two buffet and get one free. We bought coupons from trideal. We were around 18 people. The services were pathetic. The stewards were uneducated. The mocktails we ordered were bitter in taste. We requested the steward to reduce the volume but he didn’t agreed for the same explaining this as their standard volume.
The AC was not working. They said its mall’s mistake. What the hell? Were we responsible for the same ? The food served was cold . they never paid any heed to it. Guess what? What was there in their buffet ? Just two vegetable, plain boiled rice and pyaaz rayta.
Called the owner Ms malika too but she too is a rude lady. She said to me that we are creating drama to get our dinner complementary. She doesn’t have self respect too, neither she care’s for others respect...We are never gonna visit them again. Cheap third class place.
Would suggest u to avoid that place and I guess the above two feedback’s have been written by the owner miss malika herself. Enjoy.
