I bought this cell from Naaptol and found it very useful and excellent value for money product . It works in GSM network as well as CDMA . I am using with Airtel and is perfectly fine. Tata Indicom fellows were ready to activate without sim support .
The only disadvantage I see is
1) No camera.
2) Lower battery life when compared to other similar models.
I recommend this product if you are interested in blackberry services and at a low capital investment.
