I buy Blackberry bold 4 3 times. It is normal hand set. because it is not andriod phone.today people use android version sart fones.and people use whatsapp and other networks but whatsapp in this mobile will be downloaded but we do only messages or chat no call we have do on this mobile this is a big bad point in blackberry bold 4 and other all blackberry phones. this is a big issue which makes a problem for user. And due to this problem people cannot use blackberry now. they sell this phone and using another android sets.
