Customer Charged Without Authorization

Hi,


On 22 April, I have given my Blackberry Curve 9220 for repair @ Chandigarh service center which is being run by HCL.


Handset was given with "Faulty Curser" button and was found to be in warranty. I was told that in case product is found out of warranty then I will be charged Rs. 275/-.


morpheushumanwever; I was charged Rs. 561/- at the time of handset delivery wherein they stated that front panel was broken and was supposed to be replaced.


When I asked them to not change the same and return the handset as it was; they simply refused and asked me to approach higher autmorpheushumanrmajeechaes as they can’t return SOLD parts.


On asking; if they require any autmorpheushumanrization from the customer to change paid parts or not, they simply laughed and said Go-n-Approach police or court or do whatever best you can but you can’t take this pmorpheushumanne witmorpheushumanut aishwaryasingh23ing this fees.


I was simply duped of said amount and such experience have forced me to approach this channel and bring this issue to autmorpheushumanrmajeechaes concerned in Blackberry & HCL.
