This handset I had purchase from one of the online shopee .
I found that the handset were locked and the software not able to operate in India .
I had a communicate with the seller, he told me that this is the refurbish handset and you need to crack the software. Since this handset made for US/UK country and there internet operators.
If you need to use in India you need to modify it…This was the Bad experience to me .I had many communication with him and asked to change the handset …Again he changed but the same problem I have found .The problem is we are not able to configure it for email communication rest was ok calling and receiving the voice calls are not having any problem…even the photo picture quality is good .But the main purpose of email communication is not working .i.e GPRS is not able to work.
After that we ask seller to refund the amount which we paid and after strong follow-ups he refund the amount.
After this incident I have purchase directly from the Store and activate/checked all the specification in working conditions. While using email communication it is good and easy to operate .
I must say to buyer that before purchasing such product you need to very clear about its service centers and its product specifications working .
