When I purchased this smartphone it was my bad luck. There is No resale for this phone and this phone has very few features and difficult to understand by other peoples. There are only blackberry apps which are working on this phone. This phone is not android so there has very sufficient apps which have no use. This phone is irritating and it was my biggest mistake. Now I hate blackberry complany and I faced sometimes a hang problem in this phone and the battery backup is not good. Worst phone eva seen dont buy it guyz.
