Hii folks.
Recently my daily driver microsoft lumia 640 xl was broken and I started to search for another phone. since I have used most of the OS I thought why not give bb 10 a try. I ordered my bb z3 from ebay. First thing about the phone is that is it heavy and looks like a rectangle block of security legacy in your hand. The back is made up of rubberized cover which gives me the grip when I hold it. its a good thing for me rather than the shinny metal which cause my hands wet after some time; not a prob for bb z3.
BUILT QUALITY : The overall built quality is pretty decent, its like a mini tank with 2500mAh non removable back cover. The battery wont last full day if u really push your phone forward. But for semi users like me this is sufficient, not a great battery life for heavy users.
BLACKBERRY SECURITY is what I got my eyes on, and its pretty neat, it does not have a fingerprint but wait a min. if u give incorrect password for 10 try the your whole data is gone. and anti theft built in. security is out of question.
PERFORMANCE: If u need a phone for entertainment, this phone sucks. No apps at all. For me I don’t mind it cause I am not an app person( I used lumia before!). Even the amazon appstore and playstore and their apps get crashed all the time seriously all the time! Whole performance is low. It takes some time to start the apps. Not good for games movies or heavy usage.
CAMERA: Its pretty neat for its class. 5 mp rear shooter gives the most it can do and the front cam is also standard.
OS: BB 10 OS is based on gestures, it is a cool interacting OS. You can peek to our notifications and chats. The hub is very useful, and productive. There are some crash of course.
As a chat head this phone is okay for me, I love the keyboard( its the best!). if you want things done get this phone or if u are more an app guy or entertainment guy don’t even think about bb z3.
