Aha! Blackmail is a movie with a good action, good acting deliverd by the lead actor, great direction and superb story. Really.
Shekhar (Ajay Devgan) is a criminal who had came out of jail after 8 years. Before going to jail, his work was to free the prisoners from jail in his car as he was a rally driver. He was happily married to Dia Mirza. One day, the good cop Avinash(Suniel Shetty) came to knew that Shekhar was the druglord. And during the mad chase of Avinash and Shekhar, Dia Mirza dies and Shekhar gets arrested. And Shekhar develops a enimity towards Avinash. And then the circumstances compel Shekhar to kidnap Chirag (Parth Dave), Avinash’s son. But why did he kidnap Avinash’s son? Jaane ke liye dekhiye Blackmail!
Blackmail also has a suspense which is fully unexpected and jhakkas too. The songs were ok. The item number ’Imli Imli’ was the worst song of the movie. While ’Maine Dil Tumhe’ is the best.
Everyone’s acting was nice. The best acting was that of Ajay Devgan. Without him the movie would be a total flop. Suniel Shetty was also great. Even Priyanka Chopra and Parth Dave were nice but Priyankaji did not looked like maa and her role was nice but not so good. The bad boy Mukesh Rishi has also done a good job though he had a supporting role.
Director Anil Devgan can become a really good director. He has given the movie everything properly, romance, action, thrill. And the best part of this film was the action of Allan Amin. He is the best action director of India. Hats of to you Allan!
All and all, Blackmail is a splendid movie. The climax is a bit disappointing but it is according to script.
