Recently we visited Blackout with my friends. It was a bad experience. They served stale food. We ordered ved tandoori platter and soya kebabs which were stale. They were stinking so badly that I am sure they must be at least 3 days old.
Instead of apologizing manager was saying to as to rate them on zometo but not ready for refund.
Our cover charges which they charge in advance.
Guys this is not a good kind of behaviour with the customers.
Services are very important but they they don’t know how to treat customers.
I can’t go again to this restaurant.
