Yesterday I got my document which was sent from Delhi on 11 Nov. 2008. It took almost two months(55 Days precisely) for Blazeflash courier service to deliver this document. Document reached the final destination on 13 No. 2008 and was lying in their local office for all these days! No one cares for the same and luckily it contains only documents. Is that a reason that I could able to trace it back?

One good thing I wish to note that, Blazeflash immediately responded to my complaint but there was no reason given for this delay in delivering the document and of course no regret at all(What else we can expect from an Indian Management)
I have a similar experience with GATI courier service in which they have badly damaged my costly equipment. Still I couldn’t repair the same.
