Even women in the Customer Care Department sound like gundas. They don’t care about people and have no manners, People at Blazeflash just don’t understand what customer service is. I don’t know why on Earth do they need a Customer Service Department when they know they are going to talk to a customer with all the arrogance possible.
They don’t deliver on time and when you call their customer service people answer with an attitude. Then they ask you if you called the right number to check, when I was about to give my docket number the lady bluntly hung up on me. This is both Main Complaints Department and Also the West Zone that connects with number 6 extension. Their customer service is ridiculous and hence the Worst Service Provider Award goes to BLAZEFLASH COURIERS, INDIA. You Suck!
